DAY 1: NAIROBI – ARRIVAL & A GENTLE LANDING

Arrive in Nairobi, the vibrant gateway to East Africa, where you are warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. This first day is intentionally unhurried - a pause between your everyday life and the journey unfolding ahead. After settling in, take time to rest and ground yourself. In the evening, gather for intention-setting and journaling, allowing your body and mind to arrive fully. This moment marks the beginning of your healing journey.

DAY 2: NAIROBI TO AMBOSELI – ENTERING THE LAND OF ELEPHANTS & MOUNTAIN SPIRIT

Begin the morning with gentle yoga and meditation, releasing travel fatigue and opening yourself to the experience ahead. Travel south toward Amboseli National Park, a land defined by open plains, free-roaming elephant herds, and the commanding presence of Mount Kilimanjaro. As the mountain slowly appears, many travelers feel a quiet emotional shift -grounded, humbled, and deeply present.

Arrive at your lodge for lunch and time to settle in. In the afternoon, enjoy your first safari game drive, witnessing elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife moving gracefully across the savannah. As evening falls, gather around a glowing bonfire for a cultural performance led by local community women. Through rhythmic dances and soulful songs, you are welcomed into the cultural heartbeat of Amboseli. The firelight, music, and open sky create a deeply moving atmosphere of connection and gratitude.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI – HEALING THROUGH MOVEMENT, MUSIC & COMMUNITY

Wake early and step onto your mat as Mount Kilimanjaro rises in soft morning light. Yoga and meditation here feel expansive and grounding, inviting emotional release and clarity. Head out on an early morning game drive when Amboseli is at its quietest. Elephants move slowly across the land, embodying patience, strength, and presence. Later, visit a local village community project, learn about community-led initiatives, connect with locals and actively support projects focused on education, sustainability, and empowerment.

As the afternoon softens, local women welcome you into a traditional songs and dances training session. This is not a performance, it is participation. They patiently teach you dances and rhythms, explaining the meaning behind each song, when it is sung, and the emotions it carries - celebration, healing, resilience, unity. Laughter flows freely as barriers dissolve. The day ends with quiet reflection and journaling beneath the African sky.

DAY 4: AMBOSELI TO NAIVASHA – FOOD AS MEDICINE, COMMUNITY AS HEALING

Begin with early morning yoga, taking in one last moment with Kilimanjaro before departure, travel into the Great Rift Valley toward Lake Naivasha, a place of water, reflection, and renewal. Upon arrival, enjoy local shopping with community hosts, selecting fresh ingredients for a hands-on cooking experience.

Cooking side by side becomes an intimate cultural exchange — stories shared, traditions passed on, and nourishment created together. Food here is medicine; connection is healing. As evening arrives, gather around the bonfire for journaling and reflection, feeling deeply nourished.

DAY 5: NAIVASHA & LAKE NAKURU – WATER, WILDLIFE & STILLNESS

Morning yoga sets a peaceful tone before breakfast. Visit a flower farm, learning about sustainable agriculture and community livelihoods, proceed to Lake Naivasha for a boat safari, drifting past hippos and birdlife, followed by a guided nature walk on Crescent Island, where wildlife and humans walk freely together.

Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, check in for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive in this sanctuary known for rhinos and rich biodiversity. As evening falls, practice yoga and meditation overlooking the lake still water reflecting a quieter mind. End the night by the bonfire with journaling and gratitude.

DAY 6: LAKE NAKURU TO MASAI MARA – INTO AN ANCIENT WORLD

Begin with yoga and breakfast, then travel toward the legendary Masai Mara, where nature reigns and time slows. After arrival and lunch, visit a local community project, engaging with people whose lives are deeply connected to wildlife and land conservation.

Later, step into a traditional Maasai boma to meet healers and herbalists who share ancestral plant knowledge, spiritual practices, and holistic views of wellbeing. As the sun sets, return to camp for a golden sundowner, storytelling by the fire, and journaling beneath endless stars.

DAY 7:  MASAI MARA – LIVING LIKE A MAASAI WOMAN

Begin the day with yoga on the open plains, followed by a game drive or optional hot air balloon safari. After breakfast, enjoy a guided nature walk before immersing yourself in a deep cultural exchange with Maasai women. Dressed traditionally, with their help you fetch firewood and water, prepare meals together, and experience daily life through their eyes.

They teach you ceremonial dances and songs, explaining when each is performed and why it matters. Through shared laughter and stories, a profound sense of belonging emerges. End the day around a bonfire with journaling and reflection.

DAY 8: CROSSING INTO TANZANIA – THE SERENGETI CALLS

Morning yoga and breakfast precede your border crossing into Tanzania. After clearing formalities, meet your Tanzanian guide and continue into the legendary Serengeti. Arrive at your lodge, check in, and enjoy lunch at leisure. The afternoon is intentionally slow — optional game drive, swimming, journaling, or a restorative safari massage.

In the evening, enjoy dinner followed by cultural dances and performances. Elders gather around the bonfire, sharing wisdom rooted in land and spirit.

DAY 9:  SERENGETI – WOMEN, WILDLIFE & SUNSET MAGIC

As the sun rises over the Serengeti, you step onto your mat for sunrise yoga, the vast plains stretching endlessly in every direction, set out on a morning game drive across the iconic Serengeti plains. Wildlife moves with quiet confidence — lions resting in golden grass, herds flowing across the land — a powerful reminder of balance, resilience, and natural rhythm. Later, enjoy a guided nature walk that reconnects you intimately with the earth beneath your feet, followed by a visit to a Maasai women’s community project. Here, healing becomes shared. You learn how women are leading change, preserving culture, supporting their families, and shaping a stronger future. Through conversation, laughter, and hands-on engagement, connection replaces observation, and impact becomes personal.

In the afternoon, return to the wilderness for another safari experience, slowly transitioning into a breathtaking sundowner as the sky transforms into warm hues of gold and crimson. As evening falls, gather for dinner, followed by traditional cultural dances and songs performed by local community members. The night closes around a glowing bonfire — time for reflection, journaling, and gratitude beneath a sky filled with stars.

DAY 10: NGORONGORO & TARANGIRE – SACRED LANDSCAPES

The morning begins gently with yoga and quiet reflection, followed by breakfast as the day slowly awakens. You then journey toward the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most extraordinary and spiritually powerful landscapes.

Descending into the crater feels like stepping into another time. Formed millions of years ago, this vast natural caldera is a self-contained world where wildlife thrives in remarkable density. Surrounded by ancient crater walls, the experience feels protected, intimate, and deeply grounding - a place many describe as humbling and emotionally stirring. After this unforgettable exploration, continue onward to Tarangire National Park, a land shaped by ancient baobab trees and seasonal river systems that draw large herds of elephants. As evening falls, gather around a warm bonfire where local elders share stories of the land, ancestry, and traditional ways of life. Their voices carry generations of wisdom, offering insight into how people have lived in harmony with this environment for centuries.

The night closes with quiet journaling beneath the stars, allowing you to process the depth of the day before settling in for a peaceful overnight rest.

DAY 11: TARANGIRE TO ARUSHA – HEALING & HOME CONNECTION

Begin your morning slowly with yoga and breakfast, allowing the body and spirit to integrate the experiences of the days before. There is a quiet sense of gratitude now, for the land, the people, and the inner shifts that have taken place. You then travel toward Arusha, nestled beneath Mount Meru and known as a crossroads of cultures and stories. Along the way, visit a traditional Maasai boma, where respected healers and herbalists welcome you into their world. They share insights into Tanzanian beliefs, spiritual rituals, and ancestral healing practices — explaining how plants, prayer, and community have long been used to restore balance, health, and harmony.

The conversations are unhurried, thoughtful, and deeply grounding — a reminder that healing is not only physical, but spiritual and communal. Arrive at your lodge in Arusha. As evening settles, gather around a bonfire for journaling, gratitude, and quiet celebration. This final night is not a goodbye, but a gentle acknowledgment of how the journey has woven itself into you.

DAY 12:  DEPARTURE OR CONTINUATION

Your final morning unfolds in quiet stillness. Yoga becomes a moment of gratitude — a gentle integration of everything you have experienced, learned, and felt. Breath by breath, you honor the journey, the land, and the version of yourself you are carrying forward.

After breakfast, begin your return journey traveling back to Nairobi via the Namanga border. Depending on your flight time enjoy a guided city experience before gathering for a heartfelt farewell dinner at the iconic Carnivore Restaurant, celebrating shared stories, laughter, and the transformations experienced along the way.

Later, transfer to the airport for your onward journey home. Alternatively, you can choose to depart directly from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

For those who feel called to extend the healing, the journey can continue -unwinding on the white-sand beaches of Diani, Malindi or Mombasa, or crossing the Indian Ocean to Zanzibar for barefoot rest, ocean therapy, and deep renewal.
